Chapter 597

Bryan looked troubled as he explained to Mr. Rodriguez, "Sidney, I understand your frustration. Mr. Rodriguez accompanied Ishara only because Bob arranged for the journalists. It was for the reputation of the Rodriguez family conglomerate, and he didn't refuse. Soon after, he returned to the company. Mr. Rodriguez is currently in a meeting. He is leaving the country tomorrow, and the chip development team is working with scientists on research data. Mr. Rodriguez needs to oversee this. The latest chip from Island Electronics has been signed over to the Rodriguez family conglomerate. Its launch is crucial as it will impact the future of the Rodriguez family conglomerate and their position as the top family in the country."

Sidney felt conflicted. He checked the date, noticing it was August 17th. With a sense of urgency, he asked, "How long will he be away on this business trip?"

"I'm not sure. If you have anything to say, I can pass it on to Mr. Rodriguez," Bryan replied.

Sidney sighed, not knowing what to say. He hoped his father would return before his mother's wedding, but at the same time, he wasn't sure if he wanted him to come back.

Sidney's thoughts were in disarray, wondering if his father's timing for the trip was intentional to avoid his mother's wedding, perhaps to prevent himself from losing control.
